Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance do I have to book?
In order to secure your ideal appointment time, please be sure to book your appointment 6-8 weeks in advance. Dates can be changed up to 48 hours if needed.
Evenings and Weekend appointments are our most popular times and we advice to book at least two appointments in advance to secure your preferred slot.
Why do I have to put my phone/ tablet on silent? In consideration for other guests and to maintain and relaxed atmosphere we respectfully request that all phones, iPads and other electronic devices be kept silent.
I want a protective style. Do you do braid extensions, crochet, or weaves?
At the moment the answer is No. We do offer natural hair protective styles, but not any that require faux hair. It’s about the real for us.
What products do you use?
We use our handmade natural products from our wide product range. We stay clear of products with sulfates, parabens, mineral oil & alcohol.
What happen's if I'm late for an appointment?
We ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment.
Should you arrive late, we will do our best to keep your arranged appointments, however we may have to shorten or change the appointment to ensure the stylists other guests for the day aren’t affected.
I just want a consultation but don’t see it as a option to schedule. Do you offer that?
Yes, we can schedule an in person or virtual (Zoom) consultation.
Can I walk in?
